Last year, I had the pleasure of hosting a number of conference sessions with the team behind Netflix’s animated feature, In Your Dreams. This included Alex Woo (director), Nicola Lavender (director, CG supervision and visual effects supervisor at Sony Pictures Imageworks) and Sacha Kapijimpanga (head of character animation on In Your Dreams at Sony Pictures Imageworks).
Now I’m excited to exclusively showcase two behind the scenes videos from Imageworks, a look at how they made the character Nightmara, and a VFX breakdown. They are narrated by Lavender.
