Learn the art and craft of animation and VFX at VIEW Conference

September 2, 2025

All the big names, a 3 hr workshop from me, and how to get a 20% ticket discount.

The VIEW Conference 2025 in Turin, Italy is going to be huge. There are a stunning array of directors, visual effects supervisors, animation supervisors and many other creatives attending to give presentations, all happening 12-17 October 2025.

Here’s just some of the projects that will be covered: How to Train Your Dragon, Elio, KPop Demon Hunters, The Bad Guys 2, Sinners, F1, Jurassic World: Rebirth, The Cat in the Hat, In Your Dreams, Wicked: For Good, The Fantastic Four: First Steps, Lilo & Stitch, Wednesday, The Penguin, The Rings of Power, The Phoenician Scheme…and so many more.

I mean, some of these projects won’t even be released yet, so you’ll actually be seeing previews of them before anyone else.

Some of the big names: Dean DeBlois, Phil Tippett, Doug Chiang, Janet Lewin…this only barely scratches the surface of who is attending!

Studios being represented include ILM, Framestore, DNEG, Dreamworks Animation, Pixar, Sony Pictures Imageworks, Pro Machina, Tippett Studio, Stormborn Studios, Rising Sun Pictures, Wylie Co. VFX, Rocket Science VFX, Frost FX, Rodeo FX, Accenture Song VFX, Fortiche Production, BlueBolt, Proof, Megalis and more.

There’s also a huge range of workshops on offer, with practical sessions that will help you with your VFX and animation careers.

I’m hosting a 3 hour workshop on the history of visual effects, complete with some pretty amazing magazine and other giveaways! You will see new visuals and old-school ones in this comprehensive breakdown.
