befores & afters is participating in World VFX Day this year in a fun session called Stories from Set. I’ll be asking questions to VFX supervisors Andreas Maaninka, Edward Douglas and Farhad Mohasseb about their own experiences on the set of VFX productions.

There will be more than 65 speakers running for over 15 hours on the YouTube livestream. This year’s event is hosted by Important Looking Pirates from their London studio. There are also in-person events led by the industry community, taking place in London, Berlin, Munich, Paris, Stuttgart, Singapore, Bangkok, Toronto and New York.
