VFX recruiter Simon Davies shares his thoughts on the industry, getting back into the industry, and getting a VFX job in general.

DAX is a specialist recruitment consultancy for the creative tech sector. Simon has previously worked at VFX studios like ILM and Scanline, and games company King.
